Translation needed please

All italian records i have found on my great grandmother Maria Campelli state that her parents were unknown but i found a reference to her being born in Bardi i think i may have found her birth record in the town of Campello in the Bardi region just need a translation of the document named Maria please

Do you refer to Bardi in the province of Parma? I did not find this locality of Campello. However I think you refer to the first act of the page, n. 251.

I read as follows:

On 11 August 1859 the Parish priest of [name of the parish] baptized Maria, born the preceding day, in the evening,
daughter of Maria Franchi (daughter of Domenico) and unknown father.
Maria Franchi was of the same parish of Campello, locality La Spiaggia.
The child was presented in church by Angela Franchi, widow of Giovanni Ballestrazzi.
