I would appreciate help translating and deciphering the attached birth act (second entry on left page) from Livo, Trento, Trentino-Atlo Adige of (whom I believe are twins) Domenica and Maria daughters of Antonio Stanchina and Anna Maria born 19 June 1671. I believe it's says they are twins (codem parta nata "from the same parts created") and that Domenica was born first.
I see the following names listed in the act but I'm not sure who they are or how they are related. Words in italics are my guesses:
Iohannis Baptistae Paeghenella from Preghana and his wife Maria
Don Antonio Sparapani of the same place
Don Matthew Stanchina ? Nicolaus Rossi
Bernardino son of Antonio of the deceased Bernardino Stanchina of Livo and Margarita daughter of Antonio Vielmetti

This is what I am seeing
Twin girls “eodem partu natae” daughters of Antonio Stanchina son of the deceased Aliprando? and his legitimate wife Anna Maria
First one, Domenica, was baptized in the parish church. Godparents(“suscipientibus”) Giovanni Battista Preghenetta or Preghenella from Preghena (this is a frazione, hamlet, of Livo) and domina Maria, wife of dominus Antonio ? of the same place
The second one, Maria, was baptized at home by dominus Matteo Stanchina, a good man( “virum prudentem”) from Livo, and then brought to the church for the following ceremonies who were administered by priest Nicolao Rossi, who also baptized the first child
Godparents Bernardino son of Antonio of the deceased Bernardino Stanchina from Livo, and Margarita, daughter of Antonio ? from Preghena
It appears that it was a difficult birth and the family thought that Maria’s life was at risk, so a member of the family baptized her

And yes mmogno is right, it is Preghenella: The t's are not crossed and the ending in -ell is more consistent with the dialects of Trentino area

This is a different record, but from the same century and location so I am reusing this post.
I would appreciate help determining the name for this child of Aliprando Stanchina born 9 March 1633 (third entry on the right page).
A little additional information about this family if it is of any help - this is the third child and son born (filius correct?) to Aliprando, the first two born sons were named for their paternal and maternal grandfathers respectively (Matteo and Antonio), and both of those sons lived to adulthood.
This one is really hard to read. First letter of the name of the child looks like I or J but it is a very short name. Have you other exemples of this priest handwriting to compare?

Thank you Paola. I agree it looks like a possible J. I even thought perhaps it was the abbreviated Jo: for Joannis or maybe an abbreviation for another name? I'm attaching three other samples of what I believe to be the same script of this priest, which includes names beginning with J, G, N, H, B and L. I have not come accross a first name that begins with I.
I'm sure I will need to utilize marriage or death records to help figure this one out, but vital information is scarce in those records in these date ranges, and death records don't start in Livo until 1658. Perhaps marriage acts may shed some light, but open to suggestions on possible names.
