Looking for connections to the DiGiovanni from Sambuca and Contessa that came to US and settled in Tampa, New Orleans and Chicago.

Antonino DiGiovanni married Agata Sparacino they were from Sambuca. Their children:
*Caterina b.1846/d.Nov 29,1852 Sambuca
*Antonina b.abt 1849 Sambuca
*Guiseppe(Joseph)(my great-great-great-grandfather) b. Feb 10,1849 Sambuca
*Maria b. Jun 5,1851 Sambuca
*Caterina b. Jun 5,1856 Sambuca
*Antonia b.OCt 29,1858 SAmbuca

Giuseppe(Joseph) married Caterina Montalbano
Their kids:
Agata b. Dec 28, 1875 Contessa/d. UKN
Antonino b. Nov 28,1877 Contessa/d. Nov 11,1945 Tampa,Fl
Vincenzo b. Aug 8,1880 Contessa,d.1969 Tampa,Fl
Gaetana(Annie) b. Oct 6,1882 Contessa/d. Mar 18,1969 Tampa
Salvatore b. Aug 28, 1884 Contessa/ d. 1971 Chicago
Francesco b. Mar 3,1887 Contessa/d. 1951

I have the same issue. Most of our families records say Di Giovanni but my Father says that it was originally Di Giovanna. Does anyone know where they originated from?

Digiovanni is in my tree
Girolamo was born in sambuca
He married antonina monteleone from santa margherita di belici
I would like to discuss further if we can find a common connection ancestor
