Marriage Record Translation

Post by anthonyd3ca »

Please help translate this marriage record. It's on the right side of the page:
http://dl.antenati.san.beniculturali.it ... =248065540

Does it say the father of the groom (Domenico) has passed away? If so, does it say in what town/city?

Adding to the information posted by Livio :) -

The record is dated 28 January 1819
Groom: Pasquale di Matteo, 25, laborer, born and residing in the town; son of deceased Domenico, and of Felicia Sica, farmer, age 55, who is present to give her consent.
Bride: Rosa Petriello, 19, farmer, daughter of Giuseppe, age 54, laborer, and of Domenica Portanova(sp?), farmer, 52, both residing in the town and present to give consent.
Publication (notification) of banns of marriage were posted on 17 and 24 January, and resulted in no opposition to the marriage.
