Hi James - I found your document in the 1853 "Matrimoni" records for Roccaguglielma(provincia di Frosinone). In the 1853 "Nati" records for the same place is this "Atto di Nascita" for a Maria Palumbo:

Her father is Antonio Palumbo; her mother's name seems to be Scolastica Landolfi.
