Avv Paola CAPUTI 1948 case. Reviews/feedback?

Post by Snooper »

From Australia.

I'm interested in hearing from anyone that has used Avv Paola CAPUTI to represent them for a 1948 case?

How many cases has she represented? How many won?

What were her costs?

What was her communication like?

Is she competent?

Thank all,

The website is nice but it appears it's an "assisted" service and not Lawyer represented in the court for a 1948 case though the description below is not clear on that, surely I would ask that question, "showing" sounds like it's not the case.

"How to – The descendants can claim Italian citizenship only through a lawsuit in Court in Rome. ItalianPapers can assist you until the final award finding and collecting the Italian documentation, giving the list of documents, showing the right way to prepare also the foreign documentation, submitting the lawsuit in Court following the progress step by step."

Not sure on the success rate, for me ICA shared a dropbox link with judgements they won the past year, they also have great FB reviews and etc..
