What was the name of Carmela's husband? Married in Italy?

Hi T.,
Her husband was Pietro Dimeco, b. 1902 in Nocciano, Pescara, my great-uncle. He's a hard one to find much on outside of his birth certificate, so I'm really trying to find out more of both of them. There is a note on his certificate about the marriage, which is the only way I know about that.

The marriage notation indicates that they were married in Roma. Since marriages generally take place in the hometown of the bride, Roma is probably Carmela's birthplace.
