I'm trying to identify a surname in Bitonto, Bari and I have it listed in two places, both of which are not particaully easy to make out.

I agree with mmogno, the surname is Scolozzi.
It is clearer on page 4 of the document where her father Felice signed the record.

Scolozzi can be found fairly commonly in Apulia, most numerously in the heel of the boot.
