Father is Giuseppe, birth record #325 in part 1.

Here is the only other Celletti birth in the 10-year index (1906-1915) for Foligno - father also Giuseppe.
And there are no Celletti births in the 1896-1905 ten year birth index.
Perhaps this is a sibling of Natalino?

Father: Giuseppe Celletti, age 26, contruction worker, residing in Foligno
Mother: Teresa Tredici, his wife, residing with him
Child born on the 24th of October at 9:20 AM in the house in Vico S. Paolo.
He was given the name GINO

I believe that Natalino is the cousin of my grand father. My grand father was born in Cagli but was raised in Foligno. His father was most likely the brother of Giuseppe.
