I am looking for birth records for Chiavari on http://dl.antenati.san.beniculturali.it ... SearchScan.

I am looking under Genoa but can not find Chiavari. Am I looking in the right place?

Maybe the Chiavari records aren't digitized and online yet. Look at this page:

and click on the number "25" on the map. When it zooms in, you'll see a yellow pin on Genoa, which indicates its records have been partially, but not completely, digitized.

On Antenati Chiavari records have not yet been published.
On Family Search partially, you may find an index of births 1876-1895.
