James, I think you have the date of the marriage wrong as the records for the town only go up to 1865 on antenati site. The record you have posted us to is a birth act not a marriage act.

I am reading that she marries "Carlo Maria Stanislao Cervelli, and yes on 29 May 1868, same town.
