looking for Bartolomeo Villano

Post by carolc »

This page is so hard to read but I think that's Bartolomeo on the right hand side of the page. Is it though and if it is him, is he a groom or witness or something else?

Thank you for your help,

Bartolomeo appears in the column with the heading "surnames and first names of the [male] parents."
So he is the father of Francesco Villano, the groom.

Hi Tessa

I am going back over my Villano notes. Can I ask you if the groom's mother's name is on this doc and who is the bride?

No mothers are mentioned.

The bride is Maria Carmela Aliperte, daughter of Luigi Aliperte.
