I am asking for help translating the bottom portion of the Marriage Processetti for my 2nd great grandparents, Raffaele Biondi and [Angela] Maria Rosa Porto. Please translate the largely handwritten and mixed printed and handwritten portions that come after the sentence that begins with “Noi secondando la loro demanda….” Looks like the government needs letters of consent because not all parents of the bride and groom are living.
I see that both Biondi parents are deceased. Looks like the bride’s mother is alive, but not sure of the bride’s father.
The Processetti is two images. Here is a link to the first.

Thank you for your help.

Re: Partial translation of Marriage Processetti
Thank you very much for adding to my knowledge.I find the early written records so difficult to read and translate. And, yes, this processetti is particularly challenging. From other records, I see that Benedetto’s wife is [Angela] Maria LaPorta, and Raffaele’s wife is [Angela] Maria Rosa Porto. I admire your ability to gather and decipher information. It is so appreciated. Benedetto and [Angela] Maria LaPorto are my 3rd great grandparents; Raffaele and his wife [Angela] Maria Rosa Porto are my 2nd. Thanks again.
Best wishes. Claire Biondi Jarvis
