Can you tell us which ones you want translated? Each of those images has two different marriages. Volunteers would prefer to only translate the ones you need.
Researching Gibellina, Sicily surnames Bivona, Bonafede, Zummo, Ponzio, Bevinetto, Beninati, Fontana, Cipolla, Bruno, Manfrè, Lanfranca, and Navarra

@bbivona

I suspect it is Marriage No 528 Giovanni Battista Battistuzzi e Libera Moretto

Pubblication No 493 Giovanni Battista Battistuzzi e Libera Moretto

but I can’t be certain, and I agree with with you, I would prefer to translate the records needed.

@Ladyofmarius: We are always happy to help you with translations, and would really appreciate it if you could indicate exactly which record/s you would like translated by giving each post a unique title, e.g. Marriage Record No 528 Giovanni Battista Battistuzzi and Libera Moretto

Thanks.

Angela :)

Ah, I hadn't noticed that two of the records had the Battistuzzi surname.

I wondered whether you had.

In the handwritten section, besides giving the dates that the marriage banns were posted (ie 22 and 29 August current year – in Venezia), there is the following important info. The groom and bride revealed to those present, that from their natural union they gave birth to a baby girl who was recognised as their own. She was born the same year in the town and was registered in the town, Birth No 2178, volume 3, Part I and was given the name Giovanna Amalia. The baby was therefore legitimized through this marriage.

(Giovanni Battista Battistuzzi was widowed on 31 August 1895.)
