Hi everyone
Just need help with a translation of my relative's death record details.
He died during the early stages of the 11th Battle of the Isonzo in August 1917.

Hi!
He died in combat, as a consequence of multiple wounds by bomb splinters (I don't know if this is the right word) at lower limbs, that caused open fractures of legs bones and pulping of right foot.

Cruel war!

He was buried in Plava (now in Slovenia) on the left side of the Isonzo, in a cemetery towards Zagora.

Morto in seguito a Ferite multiple da scheggia di bombe agli arti inferiori con fratture esposte delle ossa delle gambe e spappolamento piede destro.
sepolto a Plava - Riva sinistra dell'Isonzo. Cimitero verso Zagora
come consta dalle attestazioni delle persone sottoscritte a pie' del presente atto.
