Transcription for a Death Record!

Hi everyone! Is there any chance someone might be able to provide me with a transcription of the record attached below?

I will be able to translate it into English, but I am having some trouble transcribing the original Latin/Italian writing!

This is the death record of Carlo Di Gennaro, my 4th-Great-Grandfather who died in Troia, Puglia in 1802.

Fortunately this is pretty brief and easy to translate! Really the only question I have is about the phrase "munito di tutti li SS. Sagramenti ed assistito da me sottoscritto a ben morire." Does anyone know what "SS Sacraments" are?

My only guess is it means something like the priest administered the Sacrament of Last Rites to Carlo before he died? (i.e. "assisted by me to die well"). Just a guess, please let me know if I am off! Haha.

Hi Livio! Ah, ok, "Santissimi!" Thank you so much! So perhaps "SS Sagramenti" means something like "Most Holy Sacraments?"

Does this indicate that the priest administered the Sacrament of Last Rites? (That's just a guess!).

Hi mmogno! Yes, I am very interested in the noble di Gennaro family! I have always wondered whether my branch of the di Gennaro family was perhaps distantly related to them! (And this image provides a fantastic Coat of Arms, thank you so much for sending!).

I have researched all the way back to my 7th-Great-Grandfather, and none of my Great-Grandfathers have the title "Don" or anything like that to indicate that they themselves were noble. But perhaps if I were to research further back, it's possible?
