Help reading death certificate - Carlo Losi - Quattroville / Mantova

Hello, could someone help with the translation of the death record from the commune. Carlo Losi from 1883.

The second part is that the commune told me they could not send the actual extract because in 1883, areas were being "re-arranged", so even though he shows in their 10 year index, they don't hold the book with the actual entry, it's in Mantova. The 1883 book isn't online for the quattroville commune, which is why I sent the ask for assistance. With this I was trying to search for it online in this new area, but I see Mantova and Mantua. That said I'm not 100% what is in what the file the commune sent.
