Birth of Domenico Capriottti

Domenico was born in Grottamare according to marriage records.
in the processetti in both of his marriages, I see his birth and mother's death but cannot read either.
May I have assistance reading the records?

Maybe 30 January 1825 for his birth. Her death 25 November 1828 but I can't see a place

From both records, Domenico's birth appears to be 30 January 1826.

And I am reading that Angela, wife of Pasquale Capriotti, died 14 January 1832 at age 38.

As to the place... it looks like she died in the rural home of Don Domenico Vulpiani in this Plebania ????
Plebania could mean rectory or parsonage.
