It's mostly correct. "gogna" is actually "fogna" which is a sewer or culvert; "regis" is "segni" which is 'signs' as you translated.

Basically it says a female infant's corpse was found in a culvert under the San Nicola road on the 2nd or 3rd of the current month & the corpse indicated signs of violence & was the child of the unmarried Anna Masucci and was to be given the name of Gilda Dina. No other circumstances are mentioned.
