Vincenzo was the 9 year old son of Saverio Zappavigna, ox cart driver, and his wife Rosa Mazzapica.
Record dated 11 August 1830 in Tresilico, death on 10 August at 1:30 AM.
In the death act for Saverio that you posted, I believe his father was "deceased Vincenzo." By tranditional naming tradition, the above child was most likely the first child born to the couple.
Do you have the marriage act for Saverio and Rosa?

He was born on 9 December 1821 at 11 AM to Saverio Zappavigna, age 34, laborer; and his wife Rosa Mazzapica, age 22.
He was given the name Vincenzo, Antonino, Francesco, and baptized the same day at the Church of S. Catarina, Virgin and Martyr.
