Need Help Translating death record of great uncle

Where would I find the original death record in the Palermo morte files. From what I can make out Carmelo's death record is Volume 441, part 11, year 1908, #537. This information may not be correct.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In the record you have posted, the official has transcribed exactly the act of death of Carmelo Barbera. Yes, the record is in the City of Palermo death acts for 1908, Ufficio 1, Volume 441, parte II, #537. If/When you find that record, it will be exactly like this...
#537
Dated 22 July 1908 at 1:30 PM in the town hall.
The official of the town of Palermo received from the Director of the Hospital S. Saverio a note today relative to a death which he wrote in the volume of attachments of this register of acts, that yesterday at 5:15 AM died in said Hospital, Carmelo Barbera, son of deceased Matteo and of Domenica Barone, of age 34, a mariner of Patti. Husband of Calogera Falcone.
This copy was made today 8 June 1925 and seen, signed and written into the volume of attachments of this register.
