Angelantonio resided in Civitanova, District of Isernia, Molise. He was from Casalvecchio.
The declarants were also residents of Civitanova, and reported the death to the official in Casalvecchio.
The official received the extract of death.

Thanks Tessa! I couldn't drink enough coffee this morning to make out 'Civitanova' :lol: I got stuck thinking the 3rd letter was an r......
