Hi, ugh, spent way too much time on this one, so I'm throwing it to the experts.
I'm trying to get the domicile of the parents. It looks like qui <something> di Santa Lucia. The birth record is from Bisacquino, so not sure if that is some neighborhood in Bisacquino or what. But the word I can't figure out probably explains it.
The other thing is the father's (Luigi) profession. I can't decipher that.

One interesting thing in this record is one of the witnesses on the birth records ends up being the baby's future father-in-law. Pretty cool!

quartiere = neighborhood or district of Santa Lucia, as in the Santa Lucia "quarter"
