I have also he's marriage certificate.
The information that important to me is he's father details Elia, how to write his name and where and when he was born

I forgot to say that the document is in French, but I am still shooting my shoot here.
The purpose of this, is to get he's father (Elia) birth certificate. But I have to know the Date and place of birth, so I can request it from Livorno city archive.

If anyone know any other way to get this information, please let me know.

So neither the birth record or the marriage record of Elia's son gives the details about Elia that you need. His name is Elia Scetbon. There is no age given for Elia in either of those records. It includes his son's age on the marriage record.

Do you have a copy of Elia and Simba's marriage record? That should have his age on it which will give you an estimate of his year of birth.

Unfortunately I don't have this information.
I am trying to look up in my heritage tree to find those records.
But to find Elia marriage certificate I need to know when he got married
