This is a marriage bann (in this case known as a “memorandum” – there were usually two) This is the second memorandum, the third marriage bann is called a notificazione. (So three marriage banns were generally posted at intervals prior to a marriage taking place (generally over three successive Sundays), for the purpose of announcing a couple's intention to marry and giving people opportunity to come forward if they knew of any reason why a couple should not marry. The first bann would be posted for so long, then that would be taken down, and the second would be posted, and finally the third would be posted.)

This record is basically saying that in the town of Trabia, on Sunday, 25 January 1835, the following notice was affixed to the door of the town hall, that

Maestro Paolo Gaita, 25 yo, fabricere (some time type of craftsman – a maker of something, I would suggest), living in Trabia, the son of Maestro Ignazio (Gaeta), a fabriciere, and of Elisa Candioto, both living in Termini

and

Antonina Sunseri, 21 yo, living in Trabia, daughter of Diego (Sunseri) a villico, and of Maria Cancilla both living in Trabia

intended to marry.

Trabia: 28 February 1835

Groom: Maestro Paolo Gaita, 25 yo, born and living in Termini, fabricere/fabricare (maker/manufacturer), son of Maestro Ignazio (Gaita), 56 yo, fabricere/fabricare and Elisa Candioto, 51 yo, both living in Termini

Bride: Antonina Sunseri, 21 yo, born and living Trabia, daughter of Diego (Sunseri), 66 yo, villico and Maria Cancilla, 50 yo, both living in Trabia.

Right Column: The marriage was celebrated on 1 March 1835 in the parish of Trabia.

Both sets of parents gave their consent for the marriage to take place.

The attachments/allegati presented were the birth records of groom and bride, and the notificazione which had been affixed to the door of the town hall, resulting in no opposition to the marriage proceeding.....

I decided to look for Paolo and Antonina's baptism records and found these amongst the allegati. Hopefully they are the correct ones. I am sure if you repost them as Latin records someone will translate for you.

1813 Baptism Record: Antonina Sunseri: Page 203 of 329:
Father’s name recorded is Antonio not Diego?
