Translation of Church Death record - Guidotti

Hello could someone help with the translation of this death record from the church in Gaggio Montano for Andrea Domenico Guidotti.

This will get you started.

He died at 16:50 (4:50 pm?) on January 6, 1938 at age 87. His parents were Battista(o) and Anna Gucciri (?), both deceased. He was the widow of his deceased wife Marianna Cheli(?). He was the owner of a farm or some agriculture. He received the sacrament (I assume it was last rites).

He received the sacraments of Penance (Confession), Communion (Holy Eucharist) and Extreme Unction (the Last Rites) administered by the parish priest whose signature is below
