It's a Boy

How would you say "It's a boy!" in Italian? In Sicilian?

I'm guessing E' un bambino!

I'd say it's right, but it depends on the age.
If the "boy" is 12/13 or less, it's correct.

I meant at birth, when a baby is born in the U.S., we say "It's a boy!" or "It's a girl"!

"E' un maschietto!" or "E' una femminuccia!"
