Looks like father is Nicola, a plowman, and mother is Anna Maria Signora or Pignora? If Signora, I wonder if it's her surname or a title?

I don't see any surname listed for her in the index.

"signora (it should be "s'ignora") il cognome"
"the surname is not known"

I translated the death record when it was first posted but have been unable to post it until now. Hopefully. It will at least confirm what has has already been said and add some more information. I am pretty sure Maria Dunia’s husband was Nicolo Antonuccio (a name that appears in the town). Someone competent with reading script might like to confirm. The script isn’t so clear.

Registered Roccavaldina 28 September 1862
Maria Dunia died in her own home the same day. She was 36 yo, wife of living Nicolo Antonuccio?, born in Rocca, a contadina, living in Rocca, the daughter of the deceased Nicola, who had lived in Rocca, and of the deceased Anna Maria (no surname is given. It just says “surname is ignored” (s’ignora il cognome) so the declarants were ignorant of her surname.)

It's correct. Just to be more accurate, it says she died "in the night between Sep 27 and 28", and father Nicola was a "bifolco" (peasant)
