The spelling is difficult to decipher, but we may be able to puzzle-out the names based on location of birth...

As a point of interest - this marriage took place in September 1918, and it appears that Michael Caligiuri died the next month, in October 1918.
Here is the death index listing. Notice the same address.
Maybe there would be some information on the death Certificate (see # listed)

Violetta was the child born to Maria and her husband.
In 1926 Maria and Violetta returned after a trip to Italy, but I failed to post the ship manifest. I will look for it.

Meanwhile, here is the 1920 US Census showing a widowed Maria Caligiuri and her daughter.
It is interesting to note that Maria is the Proprietor of a grocery store.

I can't read any existing name, but I'm thinking that it might be her place of birth (Cuccaro).
I see there were some Lombardi's in Cuccaro, but I couldn't find Maria.

The spelling of names on the record appear to be phonetic.
If you look at Michael's father's name - I think that is the clerk's version of Giovanni.
Looking at Maria's father's name - yes, I agree, it looks like "Caccaro" - which could be Cuccaro as you mention. Or maybe a phonetic spelling of a given name? Maybe Giacomo?
Mother's surname looks like Gemmelo/Grunnelo/Grumielo, etc.

Yes, I believe the poster already knew of Soveria Mannelli as the birthplace of Michael.

Though a rare name, the surname GONNELLA is found in Calabria, in the towns of Scalea, Santa Maria del Cedro, Praia a Mare, and Orsomarso, all in the province of Cosenza. Also found in town of Reggion Calabria, in province of Reggio Calabria.

The surname LOMBARDI is also found in these towns with the exception of Orsomarso.
