Paulo Buono

With the help of the wonderful people on this forum, I was able to obtain the birth and marriage records of my Grandparents, but with those records was information that was new to my family. We were always under the impression that my family 1st arrived in the U.S.A. in 1908 with my Grandfather and Grandmother, but according to their marriage record, my Great Grandfather, was already here when they got married in 1907. I was told that Paulo Buono, lived in Boston, as he had family there, but I can find No record of him coming through Ellis Island. I know not all Italians came through Ellis Island, but other than Census records, I don't know where else to look. I should have other family members in and around Boston, but I don't know how to find them. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you give some more detail about them? Birth dates, town they came from...

the only information I have on Paulo is, he was married to Maria Pietrafesa, his son was Michele Buono (my Grandfather) born in Pignola in 1884, he was from Pignola, and he was here in the U.S.A. in 1907.
