Francesco Paulo Buono

i'm having No luck locating any information on my Great grandfather here in the U.S.A. I know he was here in 1907 according to my Grandparents marriage certificate. I've been told by family members, he may have been living with family members in the Boston area. I would like to locate those family members (if any still exist).

Francesco Paulo Buono, married to Maria Guiseppa Pietrafesa, Son: Michele Buono, they were from Pignola, Basilicata. Maria never came to the United States as far as i'm aware, and Michele, came here in 1908 with my Grandmother Giovannina (Jennie).

I truly appreciate all of the help i've received from this forum.

On the Michele birth record the father name is just Paolo:

but the right first name was Francesco Paolo. Here his marriage record: 19 Nov 1881 #27
Groom: Francesco Paolo BUONO born and resident in Pignola, 23 old, farmer, son of Carlo and of late Maria Domenica MARRONE.
Bride: Maria Giuseppa PIETRAFESA 21 old born and resident in Pignola, farmer, daughter of Paolo and of Teresa ACERENZA

Birth Francesco Paolo BUONO born in Pignola ( previous name: Vignola), at home located in the ward called "Carbonari Destri" on 3 Sep 1858 #134 son of Carlo, 23 old, farmer( son of late Paolo) and of Maria Domenica Marrone 26 old.

(Carbonari Destri was so called in old past time, the place on the third and last ring road between Dante st and Cavour st. which encloses a small village on the outskirts of Pignola.)

I found this record abt a Francesco Buono coming from Buenos Aires, in USA before from 1897

the age matching...
went in Argentina and again back in USA.. maybe back again in Argentina or other Country... for that it is no found in the US censuses. The son also don't joining to his father, but other person so maybe Francesco was no in USA

suanj, I've never heard that any of my family was in or from South America, but it is possible.

How could I find out if my Grandfather "Michele Buono", son of Francesco Paulo Buono, had any siblings?
