Hello could someone help with the translation of this death record of Pietro Bernardini in 1861. I've also attached the death record the diocese was able to provide in addition to the civil link. From a prior translation, my grandmother Teresa Balestri was already deceased. I'm not making her name out in the civil record, but do see it in the church record.

Translation help death record of Pietro Bernardini
Re: Translation help death record of Pietro Bernardini
Church record is dated 3 November 1861.
Death on 2 November at 6 am. Pietro was the son of deceased Giulio Bernardi and deceased Maria Cadegianni (spelled Cadegianini in the civil record). He was the widower of deceased Teresa Ballestri.
Pietro was given the sacraments of confession, communion, and holy oil on death. He was 85yo.
I do not see Teresa mentioned in the civil record, but the declarants, Vincenzo Bernardi (28) and Domenico Bernardi (34) are identified as his sons.

Thank you so much Tessa!
I went through some of the ten year indexes for the commune, and based on what I see it looks like the civil has the spelling consistently with Cadegianini. Maybe the priest was a little off that day, as it looks like he forgot the "ni" on the end Bernradini writing it Bernardi, but looks like he got it correct at the margin. The civil person forgot to document his wife...but with them together a complete record

Re: Translation help death record of Pietro Bernardini
Yes, and the sons are correctly spelled as Berardini (my error in post)
