Translation needed--what kind of document is this?

Post by lirn »

Gaetano Accardo was the fourth child of my great greatgrandparents, Stanislao Accardo and Marie Grazia Fiorentino. He was born in 1875 and died in 1876. I have the birth record and (I believe the death record.)

This record seems to have something to do with his death? Not sure. Any help will be appreciated! At first I thought it might be christening--hence the file name.
