Re: Marriage Record Help
Date of solemn promise: Sep 11, 1833
Date of actual marriage: Sep 12, 1833
Groom: Gaetano Avallone, 23 years old, born and residing in Picerno, shoemaker, son of Antonio Avallone, "pagliere", residing in Salerno, and Felicia Coletta, residing in Picerno
Bride: Angiola Perrotta, 26 years old, born and residing in Picerno, daughter of Felice Perrotta, mason, and Catarina Figliulo, both residing in Picerno.
I really don't know what a "pagliere" does (if I read it correctly)

Re: Marriage Record Help
"Pagliere" was a popular profession in the past. It was a seller of straw. Many things were made of straw, such as, beds, manual fans for feeding a fire, hats, etc.
