On 7 July 1880 the midwife Rosa Bernardelli declared that Eutichiano Zucchini was born on 4 July to Angela Pradella wife of Innocente Zucchini

translation...
The last paragraph indicates that the midwife made the declaration in the place of the husband of Angela Pradella as he was unable to make the declaration for health reasons.
