Help with translation of birth record

Can I please have this record translated. I believe this is the 2nd son of Francesco and Maria Musico. They had a son born in 1849 with the same name.I cant find any death records from the years prior to verify.

Dated 30 November 1850 - birth on 29 November
Father: Francesco Coco, 27, laborer
Mother: Maria Musico', 24, laborer, his wife
Child given the name Rosario Domenico Antonio.

As you say, the first child most likely died.
I do not see any death acts for Oppido online for years 1849 or 1850.
