Translating an Italian death certificate

Post by lcj7894 »

Hi everyone! I just found what I firmly believe is the death certificate of my Italian 2nd Great Grandfather. I would appreciate if someone could take the time to translate this for me.

My 2nd GG's record is Number 5, the top one in this document.

Thank you in advance!

On 2 February 1926 at 9:5 AM at the town office of Roccabascerano appeared Crecenzo Zollo, 44, peasant farmer residing in the town; and Giuseppe Piantadosi, 70, peasant farmer residing in the town; to declare that at 8 PM yesterday (1 February) in the house in Via Zolli (no number) died Felice Testa, 76, peasant farmer residing in Roccabascerano, born in Ceppaloni, son of deceased Antonio, peasant farmer who lived in Ceppaloni; and of deceased Antonia Lonardo, who lived in Ceppaloni. He was the husband of Arcangela Russo (so she is still living.)
Witnesses to the recording of the death act: Domenico Russo, 66, peasant farmer; and Lorenzo Barbati, 63, peasant farmer, both residing in the town.
