Hello,

I'm seeking some assistance for online Italian records for my GGG/GGM. If anyone could helpl point me in the correct direction I would greatly appreicate it!

Cattarina Maccario (nee Cima)

Born in Pont Canavese, near Turin, Piedmont, Italy - on or around August 24, 1868

Marriage to Frank Macario (or Maccario) should have been recorded in Pont Canavese -
most likely in 1887 or 1888, or maybe early 1889.


Giovanni Antonio Tiscornia

Born in Ne, Chiavari/Genoa, Liguria, Italy - on or around January 9, 1867

The groom was born in S. Giusto Canavese

FYI- The name of Maria Catterina's mother on the marriage and the birth extract above is Domenica Ronchietto, and not the mother on the baptism you posted in another thread...

This is the accurate records. I'm searching for this Maria Catterina. Domenica Ronchietto is her correct mother. I have traced all her documents from her arrival in the US. I only need to verify her Italian citizenship.

Maria Catterina Cima was born on 26-08-1866 daughter of Battista and Maria Domenica Ronchietto.
There’s an annotation on the margin regarding the wedding with Francesco Macario. Here’s the act #131

Apparently there was a bit of confusion with the other act dated 1868 shown on another thread and with different parents.
