Birth Certificate/Baptism(?) Translation

Can someone help with the translation of this birth record on the right page? I believe one side is the birth record and the other side is a record of the baptism but I am not sure.

This is the birth of Filadefo Narzisi on 25 February 1849 in Lentini.
Father: Salvadore Narzisi, 29, Farmer, residing in strada Santa Maria la Cava.
Mother: Francesca Cantarella, 22, his legitimate wife.
Child given the name Filadelfo
Baptism in the parish of Sant'Alfio on the same day.

I found what I believe to be Filadelfo's mother's birth certificate (right page) and have tried to translate what I can.

Am I correct that a mother's name is not listed? Only a father - Alfio Cantarella, 34 years old living in Lentini. Based on everything that I've read/seen, it seems really odd that a mother wouldn't be listed but I am new to this so maybe I am wrong!

Age 26, his wife.

Alfio was age 34, a butcher.
They lived in Lentini, strada Paradiso#19
