Name in baptism record

Hello,

Trying to understand the name in a baptism record from the town of Joppolo Giancaxio, Agrigento, Sicily. The record is from 1872 for a baby born out of wedlock. The mother's name is listed, but at the beginning of the record, the name Cajetanus (?) appears. I'm wondering if anyone has any clues on this name? In the civil record, the mother's name is not listed, and the baby's name was listed as Massimo Luca.

Interestingly, this woman gave birth to another child 6 years later, out of wedlock, but there was a name given to the baby at the time, both in the baptism & civil record. Very confusing.

The name is Gaetano (in Latin Cajetanus).

Gaetano, of unknown father and Filomena Conforto……

I am attaching the full page of the baptism record. All of the entries seem to start with a last name. Only this record has has a first name? Thank you!
