Can you tell me what the script at the bosttom of page 29 / top of page 30 states?
I'm trying to find out if Emanuele is Giovanni's father or if there is any relation

Among the list of documents presented for the wedding (the list you referenced at the bottom of the record) are the death act of Giovanni Polcaro, father of the groom (Vincenzo); and the death act of Emanuele Polcaro, paternal grandfather of the groom.

So yes, Emanuele Polcaro is the father of Giovanni Polcaro, and the grandfather of Vincenzo Polcaro.
