What I’m understanding from this document is that because Carmela and Salvatore were related by marriage (inlaws), they had to get a dispensation from Rome to marry. So this document is basically their dispensation document (from Rome) giving them the ok to proceed with marrying.
The only other document their (besides each of the bride and grooms birth extracts, and the death extract of the groom’s father) is basically the Marriage Banns Request, which resulted in no opposition to the marriage taking place.
