Pre 1948 case - Naples, minor child at naturalization

Hello,

I plan to file for pre-1948 citizenship through my GM My father was a minor when she was naturalized.

1. Anyone know of attorneys that specialize in Naples area - I have read those courts are fickle and slow so having someone local is beneficial.

2. I have also read elsewhere that the issue of minor child at time of naturalization is subject to the individual judge, and is 50/50 or a touch higher. Any perspectives on that?

We received an 18 month estimate from ICA. Is that reasonable?
