Hello, a relative sent me this Capo Familia sheet, i've never seen one before. Can someone tell me about it? Was it done by a family member or the Stato Civile? I can make out a lot of it but not all, unfortunately this is the only copy I was sent and it's low quality. For background, the Father (deceased) was Giovanni Coletta, his wife Rosina Amicarelli is listed as the head of the family. This is in the Comune of Cervaro, Frosinone (formerly of Caserta). One thing i'm curious about is why her son Alfonso is listed first as he appears to be born in 1908, so he would've been the last to be born. Also looks like his profession was a sort of 'medico'? This family btw was prominent in this comune. The father of Giovanni, Alessandro Coletta, was listed as 'Benestante' on a birth record and his father before him was a Proprietor.
Can anyone make out the sentence below the numeration and the bottom area as well?
Thanks

Also looks like his profession was a sort of 'medico'? he was a "medico chirurgo", a surgeon, this is a confirmation the 1908 is uncorrect, the document was issued in 1928, he could not be a surgeon if aged 19... It is also certified that all of the above listed citizens were born alive and vital in this municipality, and it is evident they retain Italian citizenship
Thanks
