Help request for birth certificate search- Antonio Cirelli 9/8/1888

Hello, I have been trying to locate a birth certificate for Antonio Cirelli born 9/8/1988. On naturalization papers it says he was born in Roccamonfina and emigrated to US on June 26, 1900. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Parents were Angelo, 30yo and Antonia Petteruti, 23yo.
