Middle Name on Birth Certificate

Post by darkerhorse »

I want confirmation on the middle name on this birth certificate. It looks like "Patriches". Is it a version of Patricia? The parents were Irish immigrants living in Manhattan.

So, it's likely a form of "Patricia".

I had never heard of it before.

Her given name was Anna but she was actually called Nancy by family.
