Drunken Contractor?

I'm trying to read the occupation/industry listed for Line 75, John Guarino, in the 1940 Census.

It looks like "Drunken Contractor" to me.

In the 1950 Census, he's listed as a "junk peddler".

My guess would be "trucking contractor"...
