I am specifically looking for this death act to confirm the name of his mother and his wife. This record is the 'missing link' I need to merge two large branches of my tree.

This should be his death record. Michele Nespoli age 60 died on March 29, 1813 in the house on Strada del Monte. He was the son of deceased parents, Nicola Nespoli and Chiara (I can’t decipher her surname). Maybe Russo but I can’t say for sure. He was the husband of Carmina Vitolo.
