They’re two individuals licensed to perform the marriage ceremony. Their names appear in other marriage records. Not sure of their exact titles which appear in the records, but the word with Viviano’s name, I believe is oeconomi, which supposedly refers to a financial administrator, legal rep, or steward managing church or parish temporal goods and property.

I did some further investigation of the abbreviations in front of their names.

Can or Canc stands for Canonicus which is an ordained priest attached to a cathedral or major church. This refers to Francesco.

Ludovico was a chancellor who could serve as the direct officiant at a standard local wedging but, as chancellor, he was also the chief administrative office of the diocese who oversaw and authenticated official records. Sometimes it was also his job to grant a dispensation for impediments and banns required for the marriage.
