My brother in law went to Halifax last week an he visited a Titanic graveyard. I thought of you and asked him to take a few pictures which he did. He also took pictures of Pier 21, the port where several of my relatives arrived to Canada. I thought you might like them.

I read the discussion regarding the role the Carpathia played in the Titanic disaster with interest. My maternal grandmother, Giocomina Cardile, immigarted to the United States on the Carpathia. She began her journey from Santo Stefano di Briga, Messina, Sicily, sailed from Naples and arrived at Ellis Island on April 11, 1911.

I have always wanted to visit Halifax and the cemetery there. Someday soon I will. I'd love to see the pictures, perhaps posting them would be the best idea, so all can enjoy!
